KABIN MAGAZINE x BREVILLE CONTEST

1. Sponsor

The Kabin Magazine x Breville Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored by Kabin: Escape with Colin+Justin Magazine, located at: 1012 Render Road, Algonquin Highlands, ON K0M 1S0. The prize supplier is Breville Canada, located at: 300 Town Centre Blvd, Suite 201, Markham, ON L3R 5Z6

2. Eligibility

The Contest is open to legal residents of Canada excluding Quebec who have reached the age of majority in their province or territory of residence at the time of entry. Employees, representatives and agents of Kabin Magazine, Breville Canada, their affiliated companies, advertising and promotional agencies, and members of their immediate families or persons residing in the same household are not eligible to enter.

3. Contest Period

The Contest begins at 12:00:01 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) on June 15, 2026 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. ET on September 1, 2026 (the “Contest Period”).

4. How to Enter

No purchase necessary. To enter, eligible participants must complete and submit the official online contest entry form available at: https://kabinmagazine.ca/contest Entrants must provide all required information and agree to these Official Rules and Regulations. Limit of one (1) entry per person and per email address during the Contest Period. Any attempt to enter multiple times using different identities, email addresses, automated systems or any other method may result in disqualification at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. Incomplete, late, illegible or fraudulent entries will be void.

5. Prize

There is one (1) prize available to be won consisting of: One (1) Breville Oracle® Dual Boiler™ espresso machine. Approximate retail value: CAD $4,399.99. The prize must be accepted as awarded and is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash. The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.

6. Winner Selection

A random draw will be conducted on or around September 8, 2026 from all eligible entries received during the Contest Period. The selected entrant will be contacted by email using the information provided at the time of entry within approximately five (5) business days of the draw date. If the selected entrant: cannot be contacted within five (5) business days, is found to be ineligible, fails to correctly answer the required skill-testing question, or otherwise fails to comply with these Official Rules, the entrant may be disqualified and another eligible entrant may be selected.

7. Skill-Testing Question

Before being declared a winner, the selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.

8. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Contest Period.

9. Privacy

Personal information collected in connection with this Contest will be used by the Sponsor for the administration of the Contest and, where consent has been provided, for marketing and promotional communications in accordance with applicable privacy laws.

10. General Conditions

The Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend or modify the Contest, in whole or in part, at any time and without notice if any factor interferes with the proper conduct of the Contest as contemplated by these Official Rules. The Sponsor is not responsible for: lost, late, incomplete or misdirected entries, technical failures of any kind, website or platform malfunctions, unauthorized human intervention, or any errors in the administration of the Contest. By entering the Contest, participants agree to release and hold harmless Kabin Magazine, Breville Canada and their respective affiliates, directors, officers, employees and agents from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or acceptance, possession or use of the prize.

11. Compliance with Laws

This Contest is subject to all applicable federal, provincial and municipal laws and regulations and is void where prohibited.
